At Painted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistry. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
